What do you love about training? I love seeing the potential in others, sometimes before they can see it in themselves. It’s so rewarding to witness clients try new and scary things, break through their own internal barriers, and find out that they are stronger than they thought.

Outside the gym: Running, drinking coffee, studying, cooking and taking videos of my dog (of course).
