What do you love about training? My passion is to empower people to improve their health in the most efficient and realistic way possible. Humans were not designed to be sedentary and I love seeing my clients realize their ability to overcome challenging moves or resistance.
Background: Sociology. Weightlifting.
Outside the gym: Skiing, hiking, camping, traveling, eating really good food, and ensuring my border collie Cooper lives his best life.
