Lane Tihonvich, In-House Trainer

Mission: To use creativity and science-base training strategies to keep our community fit for any adventure. I connect both mind and body to optimize efficiency, prevent injury, and maximize potential.

What do you love about training? Training in the gym allows me to feel confident in my ability to take on anything that the mountain trails might throw at me. I also love the meditative nature of busting out some quality reps on my favorite lifts. The uplifting and supportive community you can find at a quality gym is also unmatched!

Background: Former competitive dancer and runner.  Weightlifter.  Strength and conditioning coach at the JBLM army base. Mountain biker. 

Outside the gym: You can find me anywhere in nature with my dog Juniper when I'm not stretching or lifting at the gym. I am really enjoying exploring the area; always looking to improve my skills on the mountain bike, summit new peaks, and take on new challenges like bouldering.
