What do you love about training? I live to help others improve their lives, and nothing is more rewarding than helping a client realize the positive impact exercise has. I feel successful when a client understands the power of exercise, and feels that they have created a movement schedule that is enjoyable and sustainable in the given context of their lives. The cherry on top is when clients are able to start doing things that they never thought possible.
Outside the gym: In the few hours of the day I don’t work, I am usually training myself! And when I’m not training myself in the gym, it is often running or riding outside! If I truly have “down time” I try to fill it with activities, such as spending time with friends, watching local sports or exploring Seattle.
