What do you love about training? Training is an active way to build awareness trough movement. It is empowering to accomplish physical skills, and to connect with your body and mind.
Background: Acrobatics. Breakdancing. Martial Arts.
Outside the gym: I enjoy tumbling, learning new movement disciplines, designing, and cooking with friends.
