Pushing the limits of the mind to bring out the athlete within every body.

Bogey golfer, Professional neighborhood walker, Foodie, Expert outer perimeter grocery shopper, Lyrical genius, Future podcast host aspirations, Road trip warrior.
Outside the gym:
18 holes of golf. Decent cook. Weekend produce haul at local farmers markets. Trying to branch out and travel more. Listening to podcasts (determined to one day have my own). Inside the gym... It's a lifestyle.
