About Us

We started with a belief in the transformational power of fitness. Following eight years of working together, first as co-workers at an independant corporate gym, then independently operating out of the same studio, fitness entrepreneurs Kyle Davis and Matt Holland, merged their businesses and opened Northwest Fitness Project in June 2017.

The partners shared a dream of creating a facility that could be home to the fitness community they have cultivated and a welcoming space for effective functional fitness.

With a growing roster of in-house trainers offering small group training and personal training alongside 8+ independent trainers, Northwest Fitness Project is the embodiment of that dream.

​Rather than requiring a membership in the style of impersonal big-box gyms, NWFP offers personalized assessments to match-make prospective clients to the trainer that suits their goals and timeline.

Our Space

Newly constructed 3,800 square feet and custom built, our training studio is outfitted with everything you need to discover your best sweat.

Outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment from Rogue, Perform Better, and Hoist, as well as an InBody scan for body composition and to track your progress better than the scale alone.

It's important that your workout fits into your life. We've got you covered with bathrooms, showers, and water fountain and bottle filler.

InBody Body Composition Analyzer

Because your scale doesn't tell you everything you need to know and no one likes being pinched like a cow to figure out their body composition/body fat percentage. Not only is it humiliating, it's also not accurate.

​With InBody, a non-invasive body test is fast and will deliver you measurable results that are easy to understand. In 45 seconds you'll get the results of your body fat mass, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, lean body mass, total body water, weight, and basal metabolic rate (aka if you were going to lay on the couch all day, how many calories would you need to maintain your current muscle).

​The InBody 570 also displays a segmental lean analysis and body mass index. We invested in this system because this is the gold standard for precision and we want our clients to be able to track their progress without invasive or inaccurate pinching and taping.
