Current Open Roles
This position is for a part time Group Training Coach who's dedicated to providing an exceptional workout experience for participants. Working closely with the owners, the coach ensures consistent, challenging, and successful group training sessions. Our small group classes, limited to 10 participants, allow for personalized coaching that caters to a diverse range of client experience and abilities.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a candidate with great energy and a wide range of knowledge in various tools and modalities. A passion for coaching group training and the ability to offer corrective cueing and modifications to clients of all backgrounds is essential. The ideal candidate understands that fitness is a relationship-based business and possesses charisma and enthusiasm. They should be capable of effectively communicating the rationale behind programming, as well as the benefits of each exercise to clients. This position is for a full time Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years experience. We are a busy personal and small group training studio in downtown Fremont with high street traffic and a steady stream of new client inquiries; a new trainer to our team can expect to have 25-30 sessions per week within 6 weeks. This is a full time, W-2 employee position. Flexible schedule including evening and weekend availability is a must.
Ideal Candidate: We are interested in candidates looking to continue their professional journey, maintain the high standards of our facility and grow their skills. This is the perfect next step for someone who has recently relocated to the area or has been training out of a big box gym and is seeking a better work environment, work/life balance, and opportunity to be part of a community that values quality and respect. Schedule: This is a full time position with autonomy to set your own schedule. Full time is 30 hours per week. Must be available at times when clients want to train including early to mid-morning, mid-day, and late afternoon-early evening weekdays and weekend mornings. InternshipIn partnership with Seattle University's Kinesiology Sport and Exercise Science Bachelor’s Degree Program and Seattle Pacific University's School of Health and Human Performance, we offer 2 paid internship opportunities per quarter. MentorshipExclusively for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) looking to start or elevate their career in fitness, the NWFP mentorship program is designed to help fitness professionals of color to gain experience and collaboratively chart a course of learning that offers professional support, guidance, and connection.

In-House CoachesThe core of our team are our in-house coaches who lead our small group training classes as well as provide personal training to our nearly 200 clients. These trainers have on average 4-6 years experience in the field. We are proud to offer on-going education and certification support, marketing and business growth, and health care to our full time employees.

Independent TrainersWe currently have 6 independent personal trainers who own and operate their own businesses within our training studio. These trainers have on average 10-12 years experience in the field and pay monthly rent based on part or full time training. To learn more, send us an email.
