NW Fitness Project has a unique mix of personal trainers at the top of their field in Seattle.  From sports performance to muscle gain, from body composition changes or enjoying more playtime with the kids, the training professionals at NWFP are ready to help you take the next step

We have 6 in-house trainers who coach our small group training classes and are also available for 1:1 as well.

​Our extended family of trainers at NWFP operate their businesses independently which means greater flexibility for you to work with the trainer that suits your needs with schedule, expertise and frequency.
