Your First Class is Free
 As of August 8, 2021, we are a 100% vaccinated and masked training facility.
Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination and have your mask on at all times when not actively drinking water/refueling.

InBody Body Composition Analyzer

Because your scale doesn't tell you everything you need to know and no one likes being pinched like a cow to figure out their body composition/body fat percentage. Not only is it humiliating, it's also not accurate.

​With InBody, a non-invasive body test is fast and will deliver you measurable results that are easy to understand. In 45 seconds you'll get the results of your body fat mass, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, lean body mass, total body water, weight, and basal metabolic rate (aka if you were going to lay on the couch all day, how many calories would you need to maintain your current muscle).

​The InBody 570 also displays a segmental lean analysis and body mass index. We invested in this system because this is the gold standard for precision and we want our clients to be able to track their progress without invasive or inaccurate pinching and taping.
