NW Fitness Project is the premier training studio in Seattle providing professional individualized coaching as well as small group training that is both effective and fun. Located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood, our newly constructed training studio is one of the Northwest's favorite places to sweat.
With 15 independent trainers available for individual coaching for provide one-on-one sessions, in-house training with a team approach and 40+ small group classes per week, local nutrition coaching, and more, no matter what your fitness goals, we've got you covered.

Small Group Training
We offer multiple formats for Small Group Training to fit any goal from strength training to metabolic conditioning. Using a wide range of formats and equipment to keep it fresh, you're welcome to sweat with us once a week to six times a week.
With the exception of our Sunday Community Sweat, all groups are maxed at 8 people with each workouts scaled for a wide variety of fitness levels. You'll get just the right mix of personal attention and community support.
At NWFP we believe in using the most effective tools for the job and working through all movement patterns. You might use dumbbells, barbells, balls, bands, kettlebells, TRX, sandbags, cables or bodyweight and more in our training, creating the greatest adaptability and functionality.
