Mission: To help people feel better and have a better quality of life through movement and wellness. I strongly believe in training everyone like an athlete, and try and incorporate athletic movements into my training.
What do you love about training? Helping people feel better; whether that be feeling better moving or feeling better mentally, my goal is to make sure people gain a greater quality of life through health and fitness.
Background: Hockey player. Soccer player. Weight lifter. College athlete.
Outside the gym: Sports. Sports, sports, and more sports. I love playing sports as much or more than I enjoy watching them. Soccer, flag football, but I'm also a huge nerd. I love fantasy and science fiction stuff, and regularly can be found painting my plastic miniatures.
