Mission: To help others improve mind to body relationships by exploring mental and physical limits without judgement.

What do you love about training?
Seeing my clients improve and constantly learning new things about fitness and about myself.

Background: West Point graduate, Ironman triathlete, Collegiate rower, CrossFit Athlete

Outside the gym:
Singing and playing guitar or piano, spending time with my dog and two cats, reading and writing, playing outside!
