Client Expectations

Giving More Space
  • Capping our overall capacity at 30% of normal occupancy (23 people) to allow proper 6’ social distancing
  • Maintaining a strict 50 minute limit to training session to allow adequate time for cleaning between sessions/classes
Keeping Covered and Sanitized
  • All Trainers will wear masks throughout their shift- masks are required for clients except when working at maximum effort- and will take their temp at beginning of every shift and recording over time to note changes
  • Masks and disposable gloves will be provided at the sanitization station right inside the front door
  • Mandatory hand sanitation/hand washing upon entry for everyone and trainers will be hand washing/sanitizing between every session
Come Prepared
  • Personal training is by appointment only. We can not allow walk-ins at this time. To schedule a consult please send an email.
  • Plan to arrive a max of 5 minutes before your session starts to ensure that we don't go over our 30% building occupancy. We may ask you to wait outside while we finish cleaning.
  • Bring your own water bottle. Water fountain use will be restricted to water bottle filling only
  • Bring a towel for wiping your own sweat and eliminate hand to surface contact
  • Come in your workout clothes to minimize locker usage/bathroom/changing rooms
  • Make other shower arrangements. Showers will not be available.

I'm  not currently working with a Personal Training for 1:1 sessions, how do I get started?

Not gonna lie, this maybe is only here because it's the question we WISH was top of mind. Whether you are already working with us through Group Training, our Digital On-Demand Library, or stumbled here via a friend's recommendation or the powers of Google, we would love to chat. We offer Personal Training through our In-House trainers as well as our Independent Trainers. In order to help find the best trainer to get you to your goals, we'd love to either sit down with you in person or set up a virtual chat to learn more about what you're looking for. Sending us an email is the best starting point.

Where do I find the new schedule for Small Group Training?

The new schedule is currently available here on our website or you can download our app for iPhone or Android. If you've never trained with us before, your first class is free! Advance sign-up is required for all classes and be sure to triple check whether you are registering to take class with us in-person at our training facility in Fremont or digitally from the comfort of your own home.

Do I have to wear a mask while I workout?

While previously reserved as part of high altitude training, masks are required while training indoors at NWFP.  All trainers are also required to wear a mask and we will have masks available - both disposable as well as some for purchase. Everyone must wear a mask in order to enter the space and  throughout your training session- with the exception of taking a sip of water or stepping outside to catch your breath. This is in following with the current guidelines which state that masks must be worn except for periods of maximum effort- show us your red zone heart rate and take a breather out our open garage door.

I'm over 65 and in great shape. Can I still come in for Personal Training?

Thank you for taking care of yourself and staying committed to your health. YES! In accordance with the ever evolving protocols in Washington State and King County, we are thrilled to be able to welcome back our clients 65 years of age and older. If you are not comfortable resuming or beginning in person training at this time, we are continuing to offer virtual 1:1 training and will do everything we can to find a technology powered solution that works for you via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Facebook Messenger, etc. If you have questions, please reach out.

Is this safe?

Ultimately, we can't answer that for you. We are doing everything we can to ensure that our space is clean, that our trainers and everyone who comes in our facility is healthy, and that we are taking every legally mandated precaution and then some. That being said, there is still a risk. If you do not feel comfortable, we fully support your decision to not resume or start in person training at this time and we hope that you will reach out so that we can discuss other options and come up with a plan to support your goals.
