I'm not currently working with a Personal Training for 1:1 sessions, how do I get started?
Not gonna lie, this maybe is only here because it's the question we WISH was top of mind. Whether you are already working with us through Group Training, our Digital On-Demand Library, or stumbled here via a friend's recommendation or the powers of Google, we would love to chat. We offer Personal Training through our In-House trainers as well as our Independent Trainers. In order to help find the best trainer to get you to your goals, we'd love to either sit down with you in person or set up a virtual chat to learn more about what you're looking for. Sending us an email is the best starting point.
Where do I find the new schedule for Small Group Training?
The new schedule is currently available here on our website or you can download our app for iPhone or Android. If you've never trained with us before, your first class is free! Advance sign-up is required for all classes and be sure to triple check whether you are registering to take class with us in-person at our training facility in Fremont or digitally from the comfort of your own home.
Do I have to wear a mask while I workout?
While previously reserved as part of high altitude training, masks are required while training indoors at NWFP only if you have not been vaccinated. All trainers are also required to wear a mask and we will have masks available - both disposable as well as some for purchase.
I'm over 65 and in great shape. Can I still come in for Personal Training?
Thank you for taking care of yourself and staying committed to your health. YES! In accordance with the ever evolving protocols in Washington State and King County, we are thrilled to be able to welcome back our clients 65 years of age and older. If you are not comfortable resuming or beginning in person training at this time, we are continuing to offer virtual 1:1 training and will do everything we can to find a technology powered solution that works for you via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Facebook Messenger, etc. If you have questions, please reach out.
Is this safe?
Ultimately, we can't answer that for you. We are doing everything we can to ensure that our space is clean, that our trainers and everyone who comes in our facility is healthy, and that we are taking every legally mandated precaution and then some. That being said, there is still a risk. If you do not feel comfortable, we fully support your decision to not resume or start in person training at this time and we hope that you will reach out so that we can discuss other options and come up with a plan to support your goals.
