Mission: To help others live healthier, more active lives through science-based coaching and research-validated training methods.

What do you love about training? The complexity of the human body. I love continuously striving to understand the training process and how the body works through combining different areas of research.

Background: Former Competitive Fencer and Weightlifter. Collegiate and Semi-Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist.

Outside the gym: Outside the gym I enjoy bouldering, playing guitar, hiking, and playing Mariokart.
