Train Smarter Get Stronger isn't just a tagline to us. We believe in empowering all of our clients with the knowledge of how to move their bodies to not only get stronger but to prevent injury.
Our Foundational Strength Series is an on-ramp for new members to our style of group training and is offered on a rolling 4 week basis that can be completed concurrently with starting your first month of group training with us.
The series is made up of 1 class per week on Thursdays at 5:30pm and is designed to provide a deep dive into each of the foundations of our training methodology and set you up for success to jump into any of our classes with confidence of how to conduct the movements, know the vocabulary, select properly challenging weights/equipment, and how to approach modifying/adapting for your body.
Each class is 50 minutes long and taught by our coaching team. Following a functional warm up sequence, we will break down primary exercises with time to experience and work through each and ask questions, learn modifications and progressions and conclude with mobility work.
Price for the 4 class series is $120
Please note that either this series must be completed OR a personal training appointment must be conducted for safety and to ensure proficiency with exercises in order to purchase a group training membership or package.

For existing members who are looking to deep dive on specific movement patterns, a $25 drop-in may be purchased for a single class subject to availability. Please contact Norah Davis with any questions.
