Mission: To empower everyone to feel confident, strong, and capable and to feel comfortable showing up to the gym as their authentic selves.

What do you love about training? That moment when you see something "click" in a person's brain - a movement pattern, breaking through a strength barrier, finding enjoyment in a new type of exercise...whatever it may be, I'm in it for that.

Background: Youth gymnast. Rower. Trail runner / Swim-Runner. Scientist. Personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Outside the gym: Hiking, trail running, snowboarding, mountain biking, and attempting to do all of the above with my dog.
