What do you love about training? That moment when you see something "click" in a person's brain - a movement pattern, breaking through a strength barrier, finding enjoyment in a new type of exercise...whatever it may be, I'm in it for that.
Background: Youth gymnast. Rower. Trail runner / Swim-Runner. Scientist. Personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
Outside the gym: Hiking, trail running, snowboarding, mountain biking, and attempting to do all of the above with my dog.
