Mission: To empower people in their pursuit of their fitness goals, utilizing smart, simple, and sustainable training methods. To improve the accessibility of fitness, get people started on the right foot, and help others navigate the often-daunting fitness space.

What do you love about training? I am fascinated by the technical aspects of training, understanding how the human body works, and how to improve its physical capability. I love building relationships with my clients and seeing them realize their goals and their potential, not only in the gym and training setting, but in all aspects of their lives.

Background: Soccer, football, basketball, cross country, functional hypertrophy, hiking, backpacking.

Outside the gym: Traveling, going on walks with my wife and dog, playing/watching sports, learning to golf, amateur DJ, playing video games.
