Mission: To show people they can do more than they previously believed and to help others use their fitness to improve their life across the board.
What do you love about training? I love how empowering training is. There is nothing cooler to me then learning new skills, getting stronger, and having fun with your fitness.
Outside the gym: As a strength nerd, I am typically spending my free time training myself but I also enjoy taking my fitness outdoors. I spend lots of time on the weekends hiking, fishing, kayaking, and camping with friends when the PNW weather allows.
