What do you love about training? I love the way it empowers people. With a little guidance and a push, it’s amazing to see what the human body is capable of both in and outside of the gym. There's so much fear and misconceptions about training while pregnant/postpartum; I love working with pre/post-natal clients and helping them continue to build/rebuild their strength.
Background: Youth figure skater. Rock climber. Triathlete. Marathoner. Kettlebell nerd.
Outside the gym: Rock climbing or petting a dog.
