What do you love about training?
Helping people accomplish something they didn't think they were capable- while always having fun.
Background:
Triathlete, Nutrition & Exercise for Injury and Disease, coaching kids, and former Competitive Bodybuilder.
Outside the gym:
Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Scuba Diving, Mountaineering, coaching my daughter’s soccer team, and family vacations.
