What do you love about training? Seeing my athletes do something they didn't think they could do! Whether that is a single push-up or a 300lb back squat, the growth is what I love to see.
Outside the gym: I spend most of my time out of the gym exercising and training my three Huskies as well as maintaining the four roombas that clean up after them.
