Samantha Watkins, In-House Coach

Mission: To encourage others to take the next step in their fitness journey with the support of a positive community.

What do you love about training? I love to empower others, see them grow, and reach their goals.

Background: Marathon runner, yogi, hiker, and roller blader. 

Outside the gym: You can find me with my senior great dane, Pancho, or in the outdoors hiking, camping, or running. In the winter I'm skiing, snow shoeing, or in a hot yoga room.
