Tyson Winder, Winder's Workouts

Mission: To help others feel strong and confident in their bodies.

What do you love about training? Teaching people how to move pain free through all ranges of motion and with significant load.

Background: All around athlete. Weightlifter. Gamer. Sports fan.

Outside the gym: I love to get outside. I try to camp, backpack, and snowboard as often as possible. You might see me walking my dog Casper around the neighborhood. I'm also big into PC games and probably spend too much time at my desk.

B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from UW, ISSA CFT/CEC, NASM SFS, NSCA NFS.
