Periodized training progression over 4-20 weeks (based on your goal: 5K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon)

Zone-based training with specific pace targets customized to your abilities
Balanced workout variety: interval work, tempo runs, and aerobic base building

Pricing:
Basic Coaching - $50/month (monthly check-ins)
Elevated Coaching - $100/month (bi-weekly check-ins)
Available exclusively as a monthly add-on to current NWFP members with active class packages or personal training.

Choose Semi-Custom if you want structured programming with regular check-ins at an affordable price. Choose 1:1 if you need weekly adjustments, have complex injury history, or want comprehensive hands-on coaching during personal training sessions.

No. 1:1 Running Coaching is available to anyone as a specialization within Personal Training. Semi Custom Running Plans however are only offered as add-on services for members with active personal training or group training packages.

Perfect! We work with runners at all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced marathoners. Your plan will be designed specifically for your current fitness level. And unlike an app, we can actually watch you run and run with you.

We coordinate your running workouts with your strength training schedule to optimize recovery and prevent overtraining. For example, we'll avoid scheduling hard running intervals on the same day as your metabolic conditioning class.

Talk to us. Semi-custom plans can be adjusted during your regular check-ins. 1:1 coaching allows for immediate weekly modifications. We prioritize sustainable, injury-free training in both options. And if injuries do happen, we’re here to not only recommend a physical therapist but work in partnership with them to get you back out there ASAP.

Yes. You can move between semi-custom and 1:1 coaching as your needs change, or upgrade from Basic to Elevated semi-custom support.
