Our group classes are capped at 10 participants, ensuring you get the perfect balance of personalized attention and camaraderie.

Each workout is designed to meet you where you are, with exercises that can be progressed or regressed to your fitness level. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve endurance, or just feel your best, our small group training classes provide a mix of creativity, expertise, and fun.

STRENGTH MEETS CONDITIONING

We offer classes 7 days a week - morning, mid-day, and evening Monday through Friday- and mornings on Saturday and Sunday. Our dynamic group fitness classes are built on high standards and genuine connection, where creative programming keeps every workout fresh while meeting you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.

Our expert trainers provide personalized attention in small class sizes with transparent feedback and uncompromising quality, ensuring safe progression whether you're building functional strength, improving cardiovascular conditioning, or mastering athletic movement patterns.

From high-intensity Metabolic Madness circuits to progressive Strength & Muscle training, each session combines proven exercise science with human-powered coaching that adapts the path to fit the person, never the other way around.
