Cardio Strength

Our signature HIIT class combines strength training with higher-intensity intervals. Using functional, full-body movements, Cardio Strength helps you build muscle, improve endurance, and burn calories—all while staying safe and adapting to your fitness level.

Focus on building strength and muscle in this weightlifting-based class. With longer rest periods and more traditional lifts like squats, bench press, and deadlifts, this class is perfect for those who want to prioritize strength over intensity.

  • Structured programming with Undulating Periodization (Heavy, Volume, Deload).

  • Emphasis on form, technique, and progression.

Move better, feel stronger, and train like an athlete in this high-energy, results-driven session. Designed to elevate your heart rate while focusing on quality movement, this class blends power, agility, strength, and mobility to build endurance and resilience.

This is our highest-intensity class, designed for those who want to push their limits. Expect to work at maximum capacity with minimal rest, leaving you in a sweaty, accomplished puddle by the end. Not recommended for clients with active injuries.

What to Expect:

  • Fast-paced, high-intensity intervals.

  • Advanced programming for experienced participants.

  • Scalable options with instructor approval.
