At NW Fitness Project, we believe every young athlete deserves expert coaching in an environment where they feel safe to try, fail, grow, and succeed. Our Youth Athlete program pairs Seattle's most dedicated coaches with athletes ages 10–18, offering both private 1:1 training and a structured summer group class designed to build real, lasting athletic foundations.

I had little prior experience in lifting however wanted to improve my speed for the high school track season and quickly found Zoie! We take youth athlete coaching seriously — because the habits, confidence, and relationship with movement that young athletes build in their formative years follow them for life. Our approach is rooted in two of our core values:

Person Over Program: We design every session around your athlete, not a generic template. Goals, sport, season, experience level, and even what kind of day they're having — all of it matters to how we coach.

Human-Powered Change: Our coaches don't just show up and run workouts. They build relationships. They cheer at meets. They text back. They make young athletes feel seen — and that's what makes the difference.
