Train for
Your Ascent.

We are opening a second home. Twenty-five people will help us shape what this community becomes: being in on the ground floor, influencing the direction, committing to a sustainable routine, and carrying their name on this place permanently.
That is what we mean by a Founding Membership.

Soft Open · Week of June 22  ·

Why This Exists

What It Means
To Open a Studio

NWFP has been in Fremont since 2017. What we know from those eight years is that the first people who walk through the door don't just try a studio. They shape it. They become the reason other people stay.

Opening in West Seattle is a real thing we are doing with real stakes. We are a small, family-owned coaching practice putting everything into a second location because we believe Morgan Junction is the right place and the right time. We need people who want to be part of that, not just members of a gym.

A Founding Membership is our way of saying: if you are willing to show up before the community exists, to train alongside people you don't know yet and help us figure out what the schedule should look like and what this particular group needs, then we want to take care of you in return. The kettlebell with your name on it isn't a marketing gimmick. It's us saying your name is on this place because you helped build it.

You're in strong company. That is not a tagline. It is what we are trying to build at 6400 California Ave, and it starts with 25 people who choose it before it exists.

What’s Included

The Founding
Membership

Everything below is our way of taking care of the people who take a chance on us early.

01

Unlimited Classes

West Seattle and Fremont. Train as often as you want, at either location, without counting credits or watching a billing cycle.

02

365 Day advance booking

Classes are capped at 8. Standard memberships book 30 days out. You book a full year ahead, which means you build your routine and protect it.

03

Late cancelled fees waived

Life moves. We trust our Founding Members to respect the community, and we extend the same trust in return.

04

4 guest passes per month

Bring someone into the community. The best way we grow is when people who already love training here bring the people they love.

05

1 personal training session

One-on-one time with a coach every month. Goal-setting, form work, the kind of specific feedback that changes how you move in group classes too.

06

open gym access

Reserved time in the space outside of scheduled classes. Available to Founding Members during off-hours, booked in advance.

07

your name on a kettlebell. forever.

An engraved kettlebell lives in the West Seattle studio with your name on it. It is there because you were. Leave no trace but this mark stays.

08

exclusive merch

Water bottle, hat, bag, stickers and more with Founding Member designs made for this cohort.
Not available after this.

09

start your ascent early

$450

per month

6-month minimum. Stay as a Founding Member or move to a standard tier after that.

Billing begins July 1, 2026

is this for me?

  • Six months minimum. After that, you can continue as a Founding Member or move to a standard membership: 8x ($250), 12x ($300), or 16x ($350) monthly, or 10-class packs at $340. The Founding Membership is structured for people planning to train three or more times a week. If that is you, the math makes sense. If your schedule is more variable, a standard tier may be the better fit and we would rather you know that.

  • You don't have to use it, but most people find that one session a month changes how they train in the group. The personal training session is structured around your goals, your form, and whatever you are working on. It feeds directly back into the group work. That said, if group training is the primary draw and budget is the deciding factor, a standard membership is the right call and we will support you either way.

  • We are opening with: Monday and Wednesday at 6am, 11am, and 6pm. Tuesday and Thursday at 6am and 6pm. Friday at 6am and 11am. Saturday at 9am. Founding Members will help us understand where demand is and what the schedule should become. Our Fremont schedule shows where we eventually land.

  • Capped at 8 people at West Seattle. That is the number that lets every person in the room get the coaching attention and equipment access they deserve. The cap does not move outside of special events. The 365-day booking window that comes with the Founding Membership is designed for exactly this. Our Fremont classes are larger (10-12) because our space is larger.

  • Billing begins July 1, 2026. Founding Members train during soft open week starting June 22, so you will be in the space before billing opens.

  • Late cancel fees are waived for Founding Members. We ask that you respect the people on the waitlist and give enough notice when something comes up. If we see more than 3 late cancels in a single month, we reserve the right to charge beyond those 3. We trust you to understand why the policy exists.

  • The membership cannot be shared or transferred. Medical pauses are available. We take the commitment seriously, and we are committed right back.

  • Yes. If you want to try a class in Fremont before the West Seattle opening, email norah@nwfitnessproject.com and we will make it happen. The Founding Membership is for anyone who wants to be part of building this community, whether or not they have trained with us before.
