At NW Fitness Project, our team of expert personal trainers brings together decades of experience and education in strength training, movement science, and real-world results. We’re not here to count reps — we’re here to coach, adapt, and empower you.

Personal training starts at $105 for a 50-minute session, with packages available to support consistency and momentum.

We offer a variety of small group training formats — from strength-focused, to high-intensity conditioning,  to power and performance – designed to meet you where you are and help you level up.

Each session is capped at 10 participants, giving you the experienced  personal coaching you need with the energy and motivation of a supportive crew.
