What do you love about training? I love being engaged in productive relationships of trust that evolve between trainer and client, creating a positive learning environment and working together to build a healthy body. Changing the body can be both challenging and exciting. I have great appreciation for the leap clients take from the comfort zone to the growth zone. Leading clients toward their physical potential by grounding daily habits in accountability leads to a lifestyle of excellent health and wellness.
Background: Mother of three. English major. Former ballet dancer. Runner. Tennis & squash player. Almost psychologist.
Outside the gym: Short order cook to three great kids, who are almost all now in college. Hiking with cute yellow lab and chasing down tennis balls with my husband. Moderately obsessed with reading literature and the intellectual pursuit of scientific knowledge.
