Mission: To empower athletes and active individuals to move with strength, intention, and confidence, both in sport and in life. I am dedicated to building training environments that promote long-term growth, resilience, and a deep connection between physical performance and personal identity.
What do you love about training? I love the process of seeing athletes grow stronger, more confident, and more self-aware through intentional training. I am passionate about helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies after injury and guiding them toward sustainable performance gains. My favorite moments are when clients realize they’re capable of more than they thought, mentally and physically.
Background: Former cross country and track & field athlete. Sports coach and sports rehabilitation..
Outside the gym: I love going for runs, hiking, drinking coffee, and hanging with my friends and family!.
