What do you love about training? Helping people achieve things they never thought possible—while always keeping it fun.
Background: Triathlete. Former competitive bodybuilder. Experienced in coaching kids and working with clients managing injury or chronic disease. Specialized in training outdoor athletes of the Pacific Northwest. Has climbed all of the PNW volcanoes and coached a client to the summit of Mount Everest.
Outside the gym: You’ll find me riding trails, carving slopes, diving reefs, or on a wake—coaching and enjoying mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, scuba diving, mountaineering, and epic family adventures.
