What do you love about training? I love the individuality. Everyone is unique and their training programs are no different. The challenge of taking a person with specific backgrounds, occupations, hobbies, body types, imbalances, etc and directing them to a specific goal is engaging and fulfilling for me.
Background: Rugby Strength and Conditioning Coach, Youth soccer coach, Golfer, Woodworking enthusiast, Gardener.
Outside the gym: These days, when I'm not training I'm most likely having a tea party or playing games with my daughters.
