Mission: To help others understand their bodies and build strength. My approach combines traditional weight lifting with joint strength and mobility training to create longevity and confidence.

What do you love about training? Connecting with a community that comes from different backgrounds but shares common goals, and fostering an environment of empowerment through personal strength.

Background: I spent the last 7 years working as a rehab specialist, helping patients recover from surgeries, heal from injuries, and optimize athletic performance. My own training background runs through aerial arts, dance, rock climbing, and yoga.

Outside the gym: Circus performer focused on duo aerial arts, musician, and dog dad. Born and raised in Seattle.
